IJECSDV does not charge any submission fee.

An Article Processing Charge (APC) may only be requested after a manuscript has successfully passed peer review and has been formally accepted for publication. The APC supports editorial management, peer review administration, DOI registration, website maintenance, digital archiving, and open-access dissemination.

Authors will be informed of the applicable APC upon acceptance of the manuscript.

Fee waivers or discounts may be considered in special cases subject to editorial approval.
