Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

Author Guidelines

The Journal welcomes high-quality, original manuscripts that have not been published elsewhere and are not under consideration in other journals. Authors are expected to follow the formatting and bibliographic standards outlined below to ensure consistency, readability, and academic rigor.

  1. Manuscript Preparation
  • Language: Manuscripts must be written in clear, concise English. Authors may use either American or British English but must remain consistent throughout the manuscript.
  • File Format: Submit manuscripts in Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx) format.
  • Length: Full articles should be between 4,000–8,000 words including references, tables, and figures.
  • Font & Spacing: Use Times New Roman, 12-point font, double-spaced, with 1-inch margins on all sides.
  • Structure:
    • Title page (with title, author names, affiliations, and contact details)
    • Abstract (150–250 words)
    • Keywords (3–6 words)
    • Main text (IMRaD structure: Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion)
    • References
    • Acknowledgements (if applicable)
    • Appendices (if applicable)
  1. Tables and Figures
  • Place tables and figures within the text at the point they are first cited.
  • Provide descriptive captions for all tables and figures.
  • Ensure figures are high resolution (minimum 300 dpi).
  • Use Arabic numerals for numbering (e.g., Table 1, Figure 1).
  1. Citation and Referencing
  • The journal follows APA 7th Edition referencing style.
  • Include DOI (Digital Object Identifier) for all references where available.
  • In-text citations should include the author’s surname and year of publication (e.g., Smith, 2023).
  • All works cited in the text must appear in the reference list, and vice versa.

  1. Submission Process
  • All manuscripts must be submitted via the online submission system at [submission link].
  • Corresponding authors will receive acknowledgment of submission within 48 hours.
  • Peer review is double-blind; therefore, please remove all identifying information from the manuscript file.
  1. Ethical Considerations
  • Submissions must adhere to ethical guidelines on plagiarism, authorship, and data integrity.
  • Plagiarism will result in rejection. The journal uses plagiarism detection software.
  • Authors must declare any conflicts of interest.
