This research investigates the complex impact of Artificial Intelligence (AI) on college students' learning abilities. The study employs a mixed-methods convergent parallel design to discuss how AI affects students' workload, stress levels, and school success from the students' perspective, who are the primary users of AI tools. Quantitative results indicate that many people are comfortable with and have a positive attitude towards using AI. Despite this, they are also concerned about how rapidly technology is changing things and about social issues. Students have a complicated view. They want a fair method that combines AI with traditional teaching methods. Qualitative insights reveal how AI can save time and alleviate concerns about its potential downsides, particularly its impact on creativity and critical thinking. The study helps us learn more about AI in education and emphasizes the importance of using AI effectively to maximize its benefits and avoid potential problems.
