
Author Guidelines
Authors submitting manuscripts to VIT must ensure that their work is original, unpublished, and not under consideration by another publication.
Manuscript Preparation
- Manuscripts must be written in clear academic English.
- Articles should generally range from 4,000–8,000 words.
- Authors must use the official VIT manuscript template.
- APA 7th Edition citation and referencing style must be followed.
- Include an abstract of 150–250 words and 5–6 keywords.
- Tables, figures, screenshots, diagrams, and codes must be properly labeled and cited.
- Manuscripts must pass plagiarism and similarity screening prior to peer review.
Submission Requirements
- Manuscripts should be submitted through the official journal submission platform or designated editorial email.
- After passing editorial screening, authors will be requested to remove all identifying information from the manuscript to ensure the integrity of the double-blind peer review process.
- A separate title page containing author information, affiliations, ORCID IDs, and correspondence details may be requested.
Review and Publication Process
- All submissions undergo editorial evaluation and double-blind peer review.
- Authors may be required to revise manuscripts based on reviewer recommendations.
- Accepted papers proceed to copyediting, layout formatting, proofreading, and publication.
