About the Journal
AJEV is a peer-reviewed, open-access journal publishing original research, critical analyses, and innovative practices in education across Asia and beyond. It provides a platform for educators, researchers, and policymakers to share insights on curriculum, pedagogy, policy, teacher education, educational technology, inclusivity, and cross-cultural learning.
AJEV values work that bridges theory and practice, promotes equity, and reflects the region’s cultural and linguistic diversity. By amplifying diverse perspectives, the journal aims to foster meaningful dialogue and support transformative change in education.
The journal operates under a full open-access policy, ensuring all articles are freely available without subscription barriers. Authors retain copyright of their work, and articles are published under standard open-access terms. AJEV follows a rigorous peer-review process with a typical review and publication timeline of 4–6 months. An Article Processing Charge (APC) of $50 is applied upon acceptance.
AJEV is indexed in Google Scholar, Web of Science (Clarivate – Research Commons), Crossref, OpenAIRE, ROAD, BASE, OpenAlex, Semantic Scholar, and Scilit, ensuring broad visibility and discoverability.
