
Author Guidelines
Authors submitting manuscripts to AJEV must ensure that their work is original, unpublished, and not under consideration elsewhere. Submissions must follow the journal’s prescribed format and ethical standards.
Manuscript Requirements
- Manuscripts must be written in clear and concise English.
- Articles should generally range from 4,000–8,000 words, excluding references and appendices.
- Authors must use the official AJEV manuscript template.
- Manuscripts should follow APA 7th Edition citation and referencing style.
- Include an abstract of 150–250 words and 5–6 keywords.
- Tables, figures, and illustrations must be properly labeled and cited.
- All submissions must undergo plagiarism screening prior to peer review.
Submission Process
- Manuscripts are submitted through the journal’s official submission system or designated editorial email.
- Authors must ensure that all identifying information is removed from the manuscript after passing editorial screening to maintain the integrity of the double-blind peer review process.
- A separate title page containing author details, affiliations, ORCID IDs, and correspondence information may be requested.
Review and Publication
- All manuscripts undergo editorial screening followed by double-blind peer review.
- Authors may be requested to revise manuscripts based on reviewer comments.
- Accepted articles proceed to copyediting, layout, proofreading, and publication.
