This study aimed to determine whether a statistically significant relationship exists between parent-teacher partnership and students’ academic achievement and behavior among junior high school teachers and 169 parents at Pandapan Integrated School, Main and Annex Campuses, in the Division of Tagum City. It employed the quantitative design using the descriptive-correlational approach. Adapted instruments were used to collect data on parent-teacher partnership and students’ behavior, while academic achievement was measured in the fourth grade. The results revealed that all dimensions of parent-teacher partnership were generally rated at a high level, indicating strong and consistent collaboration between schools and families across the following indicators: parenting, communication, volunteering, learning at home, decision-making, and collaborating with the community. Moreover, the study found that students demonstrated a generally satisfactory and consistent level of academic achievement, as reflected in their grades, along with high levels of positive behavior toward classmates, school activities, teachers, and persons in authority, reflecting a disciplined, respectful, and responsible school environment. Furthermore, it has been found that parent-teacher partnership is significantly related to students’ academic achievement and behavior, with stronger partnerships associated with better academic performance and more favorable student behavior. However, the relationships are relatively weak, suggesting that while parent-teacher partnership plays an important role, other factors also substantially influence both academic outcomes and student behavior. This further means that parent-teacher partnership has dimensions that can predict both students’ academic achievement and behavior. Stakeholders, including parents, teachers, school administrators, and the community, should collaborate to strengthen their partnerships and establish a more cohesive and supportive educational environment. Such sustained collaboration is essential to enhancing students’ academic achievement and fostering positive behavioral outcomes.
