At IJIV, we believe that knowledge should not be locked behind paywalls. All articles are made freely available immediately upon publication. There are no subscriptions, no access fees, and no restrictions on readership. Anyone—researchers, teachers, students, policymakers—can access and use the work, as long as proper credit is given to the authors.
