AI Policy

EJEV acknowledges the growing role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies in education and academic research.

Authors may use AI-assisted tools for language enhancement, grammar checking, formatting, coding assistance, or data organization, provided that:

  • Authors remain fully responsible for the originality, accuracy, and integrity of the manuscript.
  • AI systems must not be credited as authors or co-authors.
  • Significant use of AI tools should be appropriately disclosed when relevant.
  • AI-generated outputs must be reviewed, verified, and validated by the authors.
  • The use of AI must comply with ethical research and publication standards.

The journal reserves the right to reject manuscripts containing unethical, misleading, or undisclosed AI-generated content.
