
Author Guidelines
Authors submitting manuscripts to EJEV must ensure that their work is original, unpublished, and not simultaneously under review elsewhere.
Manuscript Preparation
- Manuscripts must be written in clear academic English.
- Articles should generally range from 4,000–8,000 words, excluding references and appendices.
- Authors must use the official EJEV manuscript template.
- APA 7th Edition citation and referencing style must be followed.
- Include an abstract of 150–250 words and 5–6 keywords.
- Tables, figures, charts, and illustrations must be properly labeled and cited.
- Manuscripts must pass plagiarism and similarity screening before peer review.
Submission Requirements
- Manuscripts should be submitted through the journal’s official submission platform or editorial email.
- After passing editorial screening, authors will be requested to remove all identifying information from the manuscript to preserve the integrity of the double-blind peer review process.
- A separate title page containing author names, affiliations, ORCID IDs, and correspondence details may be required.
Review and Publication Process
- All manuscripts undergo editorial screening and double-blind peer review.
- Authors may be requested to revise manuscripts based on reviewer comments and editorial recommendations.
- Accepted manuscripts proceed to copyediting, layout formatting, proofreading, and publication.
