Author Guidelines

Authors submitting manuscripts to EJEV must ensure that their work is original, unpublished, and not simultaneously under review elsewhere.

Manuscript Preparation

Manuscripts must be written in clear academic English.
Articles should generally range from 4,000–8,000 words, excluding references and appendices.
Authors must use the official EJEV manuscript template.
APA 7th Edition citation and referencing style must be followed.
Include an abstract of 150–250 words and 5–6 keywords.
Tables, figures, charts, and illustrations must be properly labeled and cited.
Manuscripts must pass plagiarism and similarity screening before peer review.

Manuscripts should be submitted through the journal’s official submission platform or editorial email.
After passing editorial screening, authors will be requested to remove all identifying information from the manuscript to preserve the integrity of the double-blind peer review process.
A separate title page containing author names, affiliations, ORCID IDs, and correspondence details may be required.

All manuscripts undergo editorial screening and double-blind peer review.
Authors may be requested to revise manuscripts based on reviewer comments and editorial recommendations.
Accepted manuscripts proceed to copyediting, layout formatting, proofreading, and publication.
