Author Guidelines

Authors submitting manuscripts to EJEV must ensure that their work is original, unpublished, and not simultaneously under review elsewhere.

Manuscript Preparation

  • Manuscripts must be written in clear academic English.
  • Articles should generally range from 4,000–8,000 words, excluding references and appendices.
  • Authors must use the official EJEV manuscript template.
  • APA 7th Edition citation and referencing style must be followed.
  • Include an abstract of 150–250 words and 5–6 keywords.
  • Tables, figures, charts, and illustrations must be properly labeled and cited.
  • Manuscripts must pass plagiarism and similarity screening before peer review.

Submission Requirements

  • Manuscripts should be submitted through the journal’s official submission platform or editorial email.
  • After passing editorial screening, authors will be requested to remove all identifying information from the manuscript to preserve the integrity of the double-blind peer review process.
  • A separate title page containing author names, affiliations, ORCID IDs, and correspondence details may be required.

Review and Publication Process

  • All manuscripts undergo editorial screening and double-blind peer review.
  • Authors may be requested to revise manuscripts based on reviewer comments and editorial recommendations.
  • Accepted manuscripts proceed to copyediting, layout formatting, proofreading, and publication.
