This study aimed to examine the extent to which leadership practices predict teachers’ motivation and students’ engagement at selected schools in Bunawan, Agusan del Sur, during the School Year 2025-2026. A descriptive-correlational research design was used in the study. Data were gathered using an adapted questionnaire administered to the respondents. Statistical tools such as the mean, Pearson’s r, and linear regression were used to analyze the data and determine relationships among variables. Findings revealed that leadership practices were rated very high, indicating that school heads consistently demonstrate them. Teachers’ motivation was found to be high, suggesting that it is often manifested. Meanwhile, the students’ engagement was high, suggesting that it is often manifested. Furthermore, the analysis found a significant relationship between leadership practices and students’ engagement. However, there was no significant relationship between leadership practices and teachers’ motivation. Based on the findings, it is recommended that school administrators continue strengthening leadership practices to maintain high levels of teacher motivation and student engagement.
