IJEV does not charge any fees at the point of manuscript submission. Authors may submit their work for editorial evaluation and peer review without any financial obligation.

An Article Processing Charge (APC) of USD 50 is applied only after a manuscript has successfully completed the peer review process and has been formally accepted for publication.

The APC helps support essential publishing services, including:

• Management of the peer review process
• Editorial handling and quality assurance
• Copyediting and manuscript formatting
• Digital publication and online hosting
• Long-term archiving and accessibility of published articles

• The APC is communicated only after official acceptance of the manuscript
• All payment instructions are sent exclusively through the journal’s official communication channels, including:
  • The journal’s official email address, and/or
  • The official manuscript submission platform

Notice on Unauthorized Payment Requests

Authors are advised to exercise caution regarding unauthorized or fraudulent payment requests. IJEV does not request payments through unofficial channels, personal accounts, or third-party representatives.

The journal collects the APC only after formal acceptance of the manuscript, and no additional mandatory fees are charged at any stage of the publication process.

This policy ensures that authors are asked to contribute only after their work has met the journal’s academic and editorial standards and is ready for publication.
